newbie clare

  1. Am going back on slimming world diet. I am trying this at home as my clubs clash with eithet work or other demands.its been a year since I was last on it and I am determined to stay on track as I have a lot to loose.

    Does anyone know the syn value for tescos chocolate and caramel healthy choice cereal bars?

    I'm not an active member so I can't look this up. These type of questions need to go in the syn values thread for most views and best answers. HTH

    Im going by different ways Iv learned to calculate syns as this being 3.5syns
    One way is round up or down to nearest 10, dived by 10 then divide by 2. So the bars rounded up are 70 cals divide by 10 = 7 divide by 2 =3.5
    Hoping thats right and helps you out. Maybe you should start a diary and log your food here and write how your days go for more support?
