morning everyone, I have been lindering for a while now reading all your dfood diaries and finally thought todya i would start my own see if it helps. please feel feel to correct where i am going wrong. Look forward to getting to know you.

B, wholemeal bread x 2, bacon and tomatoes.

L homemade curry made with mushy peas, potatoes, chickpeas, tomatoes, carrots, broc and cauli, no meat served with basmati rice, do I need to sys any of these with it being an EE day, never done extra easy before.

D something form the chinese am thinking chicken or prawn chow mein which is baout 8 or 9 of my syns used up...

Apart from breakfst any of these are changeable so plese comment.

Hi there and welcolme, Everything looks fine but remember to include your 1/3 superfree, fruit is an easy way to combat this. Try adding some in. Good Luck with your journey.
