My name is Danielle and I'm 25 years old.
I am currently around 11 stone 7ld (don't quote me till Tuesday lol)
My aim is to get down to 9 stone

It's my first day of a new lifestyle today. I am 12stone 8 pounds and need to get down to about 10 stone. I have arthritis and back problems so I need to walk a lot more - like I used to. I know I can do it.

hey im new too! im fluctuating at the moment between 11stone 2 and 11 stone 5 at the mo! so we are quite similar danielle! i need to get down to about 8stone 4 ish! im starting lipotrim next week after i finish my uni exams! good luck!
