How are you all? Just thought I'd drop in and say 'hi!'. I'm joining Slimming World on 1st December and am hoping to get extra support online .

Well done to everyone on their weight loss so far, and here's hoping 2010 will be our year to get to goal, and be finally happy with ourselves :clap:.
