Hi everyone,
My name is Annmarie. I started back to slimming world last Tuesday, after giving up for a few months - bad idea, as the 1.5 stone id lost 1st time had all gone back on :cry:
Im wanting to lose 6 stone in total, and im sure with the help and support from slimming world and this great group I will reach my goal . xx

Good luck I'm a newbie too and I'm following the SW plan although I can't afford to go back to the group On day two and finding it really easy so far My only problem with not going to a group is that I've had to buy some scales, so it's tempting to weigh myself before next week!

Boot do you know your gp can refer you to SW for 12 weeks if your BMI is below 34.9??
