    Hi all,

    I am currently on weight watchers but I have hit a plateau, i have lost over 2 stone but am struggling to lose the last stone i need to get to my goal. I haven;t lost much since the new pro points has started, think i find it hard to forget the old system.

    Hi and welcome. I also started on the old plan but when I rejoined I started on the propoints plan. Keep reading the books. And there's no reason why you shouldn't follow the old plan
