    Hello,

    I am starting the cambridge diet tomorrow. I lost 4 stone on LighterLife in 2006 and then got pregnant (the weightloss boosted my fertility!). I then ate my way through the following 9 months and gained all my weight back.

    I am getting married in July and I want to shed the 4 stone again.

    Fingers crossed!!!!

    ANy hints and tips from people doing this for the second time would be most appreciated.

    Hi becs im doing this second time around, i did no preperation before starting this time, have found it relativley easy this time round and if my scales are to believed i have lost a stone in 6 days.

    I'm not doing it second time around but did have a planned 5 week break over Christmas. It hasn't always been easy but if you do end up slipping off ss, the important thing is to pick yourself up again asap and don't let it become a full blown binge that lasts for weeks.

    Go back to basics for your first week and try to remember the tactics you used the first time around. I always say take one day at a time, especially those first few days until you are in ketosis, and remember that this isn't forever. Just get to the first weigh in so you see the loss on the scales and then you will be reminded of how great it can be to do this!

    best of luck to you becs. Just keep busy and drink lots of water. once you get going and past the 1st week you will fly it :)
