Newbie Intro

Hi all. Have started and failed many diets, each time I failed I went back up in weight plus extra! Have just started Weight Watchers ProPoints in the hope that I can finally lose the weight I need to. Doesn't help that all my friends are thin so I don't have a diet bud to push me into sticking to it.:( I'm determined to succeed this time though.

Thank you. Lost 4lb first week, but bit of a body shock changing from usual chip, sausages and pastry to fruit and veg and healthy. I work on the floor above our catering training kitchens - it's torture smelling their gorgeous food all day!
