Newbie Introduction

I just wanted to introduce myself, after reading the forums for the past few days whilst waiting for my login to be set up I have read lots of helpful and interesting threads about weightloss whether it be motivation or handy hints and tips....
This seems like a very friendly place to be and I would love to be part of it!

I am a terrible yoyo dieter and I am hoping that this time is the one for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle....

I am due to restart slimming world after many years on Wednesday evening but I've been preparing myself with recipes from here so I have the foods in before Thursday...

Is it only me that feels like I should eat as much as I can before my first weigh-in?? As I look at my cupboard and think "I must eat you all before Wednesday" Grrrr I anger myself sometimes... :/

Any hints and tips you have for being able to remain focussed would be fantastic??
