Newbie - Just Started - Confused!!

Hiya,
I am new to the SW, and joined this week monday...I am more towards the end though 16 st 13.5lbs.
Seems like a long way to go!! but i really want to lose...and would be great if its with a little bit of support from all!!

Couple of Questions:

1) I have been eating as plan - but seems like m eating too much - Haven't touched bread / Rice but still feel full all the time.. Do have a lot of fruits though!
Will this lead to weight gain??:(
2) I m really getting confused with the Syns:confused: - For Eg. Bacon - 2 slices grilled - it says in the book n online under free food - But have syn values too?? how does that work??
3) Also Healthy options A&B I havent had any yet, as i dont understand whether to count them as free or syns! Pls Help!

4) Lastly, How do I add the Ticker factry thingy to my profile?:)

Hiya I'm still sort of a newbie been on plan for 5 weeks now in regards to your questions
1. Yes I eat a lot of fruit and veg and nearly always feel full and so far I've lost 13.5lb, it seems like a mental diet to follow eating rice, pasta eggs all them sorts of things but it does work.

2. Grilled bacon is syn free as long as you remove the fat from it as is all meat like pork/lamb chops, steak the only time your bacon is not free is when you fry in oil and don't take the fat off.

3.Healthy options are syn free as long as you stick to the daily limits, the way I work it out is if I have 2 wheatabix and milk in the morning that's both my healthy extras gone or you can have different variations like 2 alpen light bars for your B choice then 3 light laughing cow slices and some milk for your A choice.

Hope this has helped, as I say I'm only 5 weeks on the plan but once your in the swing of it, its like second nature.

Just had my fist Weigh in - Lost 3 pounds..Hope it is good :) I am ok ok about it!!
Good thing is i am thinking about my choice of foods, which i never used to.. How is everyone else doing?
 
3lb whoo go you that's amazing :-D. I'm the same always thinking about what I'm going to be eating but its all good for once ;-) Speed foods are great for a quick filling snack I'm finding like honeydue melons, plus they are only £1 each in Morrisons so pretty cheap to.That's me onto week 7 now and feeling better then ever lost 15lb and won slimmer of the week twice even convinced several family members into joining which is great for moral support & a bit of competitive slimming.
