I'm only on my second week of SW and i'm doing it myself online so i jut wanted to clarify something to do with healthy option 'b'....
It says i can have:
2 slice wholemeal bread (400g)
or
1 slice wholemeal bread (800g) as my first choice...
does this mean then that i can have:
4 slices wholemeal bread (400g)
or
2 slices wholemeal bread (800g) as both my 'b' choices for that day?
I'm away on holiday on Monday as airport food for the flights pretty limited so i was thinking about a ham salad sandwhich or something if if i can use the 2 slices of wholemeal from my sandwhich as my healthy extra!
