Hiya! There are lots of us veggies around here. Have you taken a look in the recipe sub-forum? You'll find lots of veggie friendly recipes there. You can also adapt lots of ordinary recipes to be SW friendly so check out recipe websites like www.bbcgoodfood.com.

Also there is a board member called BritMuminCanada who runs a blogs with SW recipes that is well worth a visit. You'll find it at Slimming Eats

As far as the crisps are concerned you can make your own in the microwave from potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips and other root vegetables. Although there is a bit of a debate about whether they are syn free or not.

Failing that you can still have crisps - just count them from your syn allowance. Some brands are reasonably low in syns - off the top of my head Asda own version of quavers are only 3.5 syns.
