Newbie Own brand healthy b's

I'm struggling to have my healthy B, I like cereal bars but noticed how expensive the alpen lights are, does anyone know if there is a list online of the equivalent own brands or can i buy a book on it.

Personally I think you've got to have a SERIOUS sweet tooth for the Aldi ones

I buy the weetabix oaty bars. One is a healthy b choice. The toffee ones are so sweet and seem naughtier than they really are with a cup of tea in an evening!
