newbie to minimins.....

Hi there,

Ive been on CD for 8 weeks now and thankfully its going well. i started with my mum because lets just say i had been avoiding the scales for a little too long and didn't realise how heavy i had become but since starting i have managed to lose 2st 9lb woo hoo!!!
but i wouldn't have been able to without my mum because she knew what i was going through so hopefully talking to others and maybe giving advice of my own will also help.
