Hi all
I am starting weight watchers today. As a busy mum of two with no childcare I am unable to attend meetings so I have ordered some books and a pro points calculator to get me started. I have a slight understanding of how it works but I would like some tips on lunchtime meals as I don't want to eat carbs. Where I work there are not many options food wise apart from sandwiches and I don't have time to make lunch at home to bring into work.
So any ideas would be much appreciated. Carbs make me put weight on and as I am having carbs for breakfast and probably dinner I would like to avoid them at lunch.
