Hello ...
I'm a newbie to slimming world just started last Tuesday ... So its weigh day tomorrow !!! but I was just wondering I'm doing extra easy, and i know you meant to have 1/3 extra free food with all your meals but for example in the mornings I don't like fruit with my cereal can I just grab some fruit after it ? or does it not work like that many thanks
