newbie to this


Hi everyone, I am new to CD. This is day 15th of being on this.

I started on 28th Feb weighing 13st11 and half pounds. am 5ft5

My first week weigh in I lost 5 and half pounds doing step 3.

I have now droped down to sole source.

My second week weight in I lost 6lbs.

Has anyone got any advice, does your lose start to slow down?

And also if you go swimming do you still lose?
