Hello everyone...
I'm going to give SW a try. I've heard so much about it although I'm living in Ireland and there are no classes in my area yet so I'm going to be looking for lots of support!
I haven't gone shopping yet as I'm only starting today but in my freezer I have

Aldi Oakhurst Chicken Joint with sage stuffing.

I think this is pretty low on Syns - could someone check it for me. I would half it with my hubby with potatoe, broccoli and carrot for a nice roast type sunday dinner?

Thanks for help in advance and looking forward to getting to know you all.

Hi Circes
Thanks for such a quick reply!
So if I had half I presume I would count it as 4 syns overall on EE

Libby yes the whole thing would be 8 syns on EE, so if you eat half you just count 4. Enjoy!
