hi guys, just started LT tfr today....getting inspiration from reading all the posts already!!!! i hope it lasts!
i was wondering if you can take vitamins with this...like evening primrose oil???

Good luck with the plan, not sure about tfr myself, depends which one you are following. The good ones have all the vits and mins you need. Try posting on the meal replacement threads someone with more knowledge should be able to help you
