I re-joined SW 4 weeks ago and have had a weigh loss everyweek since. I lost:
Week 1: 5 lb
Week 2: 1 lb
Week 3: 4 1/2 lb
Week 4: 1. 1/2lb
So this upcoming week I am aiming to get my 1st stone award.
I have always been on a diet, off the diet then back on a diet, trying to do it on my own etc you probably all know the feeling, Yes just like a typical yo-yo dieter.
I don't know what it is but I just feel like I have more willpower and determination to get it righ this time and loose the weigh. So will keep you updated in post. Great site by the way and some of the recipes look fab. and I look forwad to using some (well prob most) of them
