Hi,
I'm new to this. About 5 years ago I lost 5 stone with WW but have gradually put it back on. Started following SW three weeks ago and have lost 13lbs but feel this week may be a disappointment. Think it will be speedy soup all week for lunch this week. Any other tips gratefully received!!!
 
Ah but lots of is do SW as well so maybe we were talking SW food
