just noticed, we are the same height and our starting weight is very similiar too.

Found it really good up to now but inky been doing pro points for a few weeks. Seems to be much easier and more flexible than any other diet ive tried - and I've tried em all!! Let me know how u get on at weigh in x

I have just joined site ... Dont know how to do much ... Joined WW in July ... List half stone in 3 months .. That's bad .. And i point everything .. Taking a long time but I'm getting thee I suppose
