:wavey:Hi I joined slimming world recently having had (extreme) weight up and downs for too long...and found this site while hunting for tips so hoping to find inspiration and advice. :) Also any ideas for scan bran and do they help with weight loss?

Do get a diary started whenever possible as then we will know how to contact you. As you may be aware there is a section specifically for SW diaries.

I'm fairly new to this site and fairly new to SW too. I haven't yet done a food diary on here as I'm just getting familiar with everything.

Loads of advice, recipes and support on here though!

Have you seen the ScanBran recipes on SW online? They have some that sounds yummy. I've not tried any myself yet but a friend of mine makes the ScanBran Carrot cake regularly and she said its to die for and her family love it. :p
