Hello all, I've just joined the site after joining slimming world again. I have been to slimming world on and off for a good few years now but I'm hoping to make 2012 the last time.

I joined in 3rd January, missed a class on the 10th but still lost 3.5lb. This time I'm really motivated to do it and hopefully will.

Good luck to everyone else who's just joined a slimming club.

I joined SW a week ago so it will be interesting to follow your progress. I haven't dared translate my target into pounds to lose yet. Plan to take it a week at a time to start with. Two pounds per week is what they say is max for sustainable weightloss. Does that sound about right?
