Hello all, new here. Stumbled upon here when looking for diet tips on the healthy and filling days in the weight watchers diet!

My name is Angelina and I am 26 years old. I have a little boy who is 2 :)
I started with Weight Watchers in April 2011, and started off really well, losing 1 stone 6lbs (though I thought this was rubbish at the time, very slow weight loss, but looking back compared to now, it was great for me!) Since then I have put on 8lbs! Bringing my grand total weight loss to 12lbs.
I'm looking for fellow weight watchers! Maybe people trying the healthy and filling days? Would love to know how people get on doing this.
I am also very nosey lol, and love knowing what people have eaten and how much weight they have lost!
I dont really know how this site works and whether or not I'll be able to find this thread is another thing.

Hi Angelina, Welcome to the forum.
You have certainly come to the right place for help, support and encouragement. I t won't be long before you get lots of response from those that are doing WW as well.
