Im new to slimming world this week and was wondering if anyone has any recipie ideas they would like to share.

I have also heard of lemon cous cous cake....does anyone have the recipe for that and the syn value please.

Hi and welcome to SW! Well you are in the right place lol - if you are looking for recipes just go browsing in this forum, or there is a search button at the top right of the sticky section if you are looking for something specific.

I know about the lemon cous cous cake recipe and you will find it on here if you do a search. Unfortunately it is no longer considered free/low syn because SW now advise synning cous cous at the higher red day rate if you are using it as a substitute for flour
