Hi Everyone.....am a newbie and just wanted to ask a question re Slimming world.....does anyone know if the pasta/noodle mug shots are free on Extra Easy,,,,,only been doing this x2 weeks and feel a bit lost.thanks

Hi. Some are - the 1% fat are free but the others have a few syns but I'm not sure how many cos I only eat the tomato n herb one I'm addicted to it

ones with red writing are free black writing (normally from bargain shops) not free,

It depends on which one you get and where you buy it hun
Not all 1% fat mugshots are free, not all ones with red writing are free and not all black ones are synned

Best to check online for your particular one if you are a member. If not there are lots of threads about mugshots in the syn values subforum
