Hi all, currently on SW but also suffer from severe depression so alot of the time I just want to eat and eat! Any motivation tips?
And how do you get best results in SW?

I'm new to this site too, I joined a few days ago but haven't had much time to work it all out yet! I'm also on SW & stick with the Extra Easy because I'm useless at weighing & measuring stuff out. I've been doing this for 18 months & I have had bouts of 'falling off the wagon' but I do manage to get back on track after a couple of weeks. Staying to group every week helps me as everyone is either in the same situation or has been there & got to target. The people in my group are very supportive & are always coming up with tips for problems.
I'm looking forward to having support from this group too & sharing not only my successes but of others in the group too.

Thanks :) think I will go back to basics and start using my food diary again! Need more willpower but this site had definitely helped me! Thanks again
