Hi all,

Hope you don't mind me joining this forum. I have tried weight watchers on and off to lose weight and tbh I am tired of counting points etc The last time I done Slimming World was over 10 years ago though, so hoping this site can give me lots of tips etc

I am going to try and go this alone at home, so any advice would be much appreciated. I am aware of the new EE plan, but thinking I might stick to the old red day/green day until I'm back into the swing of things lol

I have about 2st to lose, so hoping I can get there.

Quick question, can I have beans on a red day? From what I remember I can't, but thought I'd check lol

Beans and pulses aren't free on a red day but you can still have them as long as you syn them.
 
You can have beans as a hexb but they have to be measured
