Newbie!

Hi all,

So I've done WW, I've done 5:2, I've done Dukan and I'm now doing SW! I'm really hoping the ease of the plan is really going to turn me this time.

Any pointers for a newbie would be welcome!!

I've managed to do my first day diary:

- Porridge (HEB) with Skimmed Milk

- Beef Casserole (homemade) with beef, potatoes, parsnips, tomatos and spinach

- Haddock fillet with risotto made with fish stock.

Snack - milkybar (7 syns)

Hi Anna, :welcome2:to Slimming World. Your food diary looks pretty text book to me. Any questions just ask, and if in doubt about your food, post a diary on the food diaries thread, and someone is sure to help you.
