So I have been trying really hard
Here is my diary can you see where I've gone wrong?
Month. Breakfast 2 weetabix with skimmed milk
Lunch. Fruit melon and fat free yogurt
Snack. Slice of cooked ham. Apple . Sugar snap peas.
Dinner. Chicken stir fry with rice noodles and steamed veg.
Yoghurt

Tuesday. B. Weetabix
Lunch melon and Yoghurt
Snack baby tomato apple & sugar snap peas
Dinner. Gastro fish (6 syns) mash and baked beans. Yogurt
Supper. Toast 7 syns
13 total syns

Wednesday. Weetabix
Lunch melon yoghurt
Snack. Apple and 2 ginger biscuits 5 syns
Dinner. Spaghetti and 5%fat lean mince in chopped tomatos peas and tinned sweet corn. Yogurt
Supper . Toast 5 syns
Total syns 10

I'm having roast chicken tonight with fresh vegetables and sw potatoes

My concern is i have gained 2lb ?
Any idea what I'm doing wrong please?

From the look of your food diary you look like you're on track. It's important to remember that some weeks no matter how on plan and focused you've been, your metabolism just doesn't want to play along. Keep trying and don't give up. Next week might be entirely different. We all have weeks where we have unexpected maintains or gains. What's important is how you continue on after it :)

I know exactly how you feel I am trying really hard and am just staying the same. Everyone keeps telling me to keep going and eventually the losses will start. It is so disheartening though!

I have signed up for WW.
I have not lost a single lb.

A bit too late now but it may have been you weren't eating enough for sw, I noticed you only had fruit for lunch some days. Hope you are getting better on with WW
