Hello everyone, I have just signed up and loving this forum. Everything & everyone seems so helpful!
I have started slimming world at home with my partner as we can not make it in time to a local group.
He is very fussy. The only fruit he likes are apples.. He doesn't like much veg and would never eat a salad!! So I'm struggling with his lunches. Any help would be much appreciated?!
I have also read a post that slightly confused me about men's syns? Do they get more, is it 20 for them? Or should I keep telling him it's only 5 - 15?
Any help would be very appreciated!
