    Hi everyone, I'm new to this site! I've been going to SW meetings the past few weeks but been struggling to get into it but I've gine myself a kick up the behind and ready to get stuck in now :)

    Been having a nosey around the site, so much information and everyone seems so helpful :)

    First question, how do I start a food diary, do you have to post a number of times before you can? xx

    A food diary is just a normal post that you decide is a diary, you don't need to have a set number of posts. So you just start a normal thread and give it a title like Tootsy's SW Diary and away you go :)

    Good luck on your journey Tootsy84.

    A food diary is so useful it helps as a motivator
    in seeing what you end up having, it's actually helped me manage what I actually end up eating.
