Hi all,

I have got my extra easy booklet but I just can't grasp what I do/don't do. Can anyone explain this in simple terms for me pls...lol
Also what cereals are you allowed as it only lists a few!
I used to do the SW green days a few years back so I hope the extra easy plan is as easy as that.

Hiya, when did you start to do sw? With the Extra Easy plan you can eat free foods from both red and green days, Healthy extras your allowed 1 a choice and 1 b choice instead of two on the normal plan! Syns are the same you have 5-15 syns a day!! Is that any help???

My days food may give you an idea!
breakfast
28g special k sustain & Milk a and b healthy extra choices
Dinner
tuna pasta salad - all free apart from mayo which was 2 1/2 syns

You can do EE whenever you want, either all week long or mix it in with Success Express, Mix2Max or red / green. It's another plan to add to your choices with no limits to how often you choose that option.
