I joined last year hence the name saying I’m 41 but I’m now 42 and still not committed to anything. I’m now starting from my next meal tomorrow and just taking it one meal at a time. I’ve got my 1:1 diet shakes and have been working on my mindset and feel reading. Still learning how this site works so I can get my stats up and post pics. I love reading everyone’s stories and how supportive everyone is. I’m hoping with this forum I will be more accountable too. Bring on tomorrow 😊

Menu: CWP SS 3 x shakes, small banana and coffee

Day 1: have stuck to plan and have set water goal at 2L. I know it’s meant to be 3L but I’m happy to have met 2L. Need to keep at the habit and it’ll increase. Not thinking about food but feeling the hunger. I know if I get through next 4 days the hard part is done.
Still in lockdown which makes it easier not to go out and socialise or pop to cafe so that’s a blessing. Plus the heat of this summer makes the shakes a relief when blitzed with ice.
Have dentist appointment tomorrow but other than that going to have a gentle day.
 
Day 3 done ✔️
Started the day super hungry but kept busy and drank all my water. Tonight feeling great. Even baked a cherry pie for my bff birthday and not even tempted. Also working on getting into a better sleep routine. Been getting up at 8am everyday but it’s the going to bed early that needs work 😂
Ordered next lot of shakes so am feeling committed. Bring on day 4
 
Day 4 ✅

was super hungry so added in extra vegetables and that really hit the spot. Need to work on the sleep routine. Have been going to bed really late and I know that’s why I’m feeling hungry.
Omicron is rampant in my city and I’m trying to keep well so not keen on going outside for walks cause everyone seems to be outside 😂
 
Day 5 done ✔️

today was really easy! I didn’t feel hungry and had loads to energy even though I hadn’t slept much. So proud of me that I made to through the first 5 days.
Decided to make one of my shakes into soft serve which was delicious. It’s very easy just drinking in this heat. Bring on day 6

Sounds like you’ve got through those tricky first couple of days and you’re getting to the sweet spot! I love a shake blended with ice when it’s hot. I nearly always make them with a lot more water than suggested to increase my water intake. Constantly weeing! 😂😂
Whereabouts are you based? Some sunshine and hot weather sounds pretty good right now. xx

Hi FlicG I’m in New Zealand. Yes the summer makes having shakes way easier!
 
Haven’t posted an update cause phone died and just got a new one plus went off plan for 3 days. But that’s only 5 days out of my new lifestyle and I’ve refocused and back on track. I’ve got this and can do it. My mantra now is, where will I be in a month if I don’t stick to plan??? That keeps me in check.
 
Hi I just started 1:1diet on Monday doing OK. Yesterday I felt hungry but got through it. Day 5 today all my joints hurt is this normal? Will post Monday with my loss.
