Does anyone know the syn value for No Added Sugar Alpen? I have a real craving for museli lately!
Secretly hoping it can be included as a HEXB...

I think some of the Jordans muesli are HExBs, maybe the nut and seed one? You would need to check as I can't remember hehe. I find it odd when they change something from being a Hex to not being anymore, unless the recipe has changed it doesn't make sense to me!

28g jordans muesli any variety + 1 ryvita wholegrain crackerbread is hexb. There are loads of other makes listed if you let me know where you shop I will look on website and see for you.
