Hiya, I have tested myself again and no ketosis. Does this mean everything I have lost is just water and not fat?
    Feel worried now.:(

YOu started just over a week ago so you are almost certainly in ketosis, especially having lost a stone.

What time of the day are you testing? It is best to do it first thing in the morning before you have a drink or a pack. Also, some people don't show ketosis by the sticks. Don't worry about it. As long as you are sticking to the plan 100%, it will work for you

Ketostix can only pick up one type of ketone and we produce 2 (some say 3) different types. Therefore, you may not be producing the ones that are detected by the stick, but that doesn't mean that you're not in ketosis. They're only a guide. If you're not hungry and losing weight, I'm certain you'll be in ketosis!
