No longer Obese !!

Hi Guys,

Only lost a 1lb again this week - but did have a naughtly couple of days over the weekend (1st time I've not been 100% but lost the same as the past 2 weeks when I was 100% )

Anyway I'm now in the 10's!! 10stone 13lbs and my BMI is now 29.9 (Overweight) No longer Obese!!

I'm back on track now - hopfully I can lose more than a 1lb next week :cross::cross::cross:

Is there a website which can work this out for you? The chart in the CD books is not that clear. I would love to know how many more pounds I need to lose to be overweight not obese.
