They are actually very easy to make. Just make sure you really give the egg whites a good beating (longer than I originally thought) x

And on second thoughts, I've just been to my local shop on my lunch break and they dont sell cream of tartar... I'm guessing if I substituted it for a bit of salt and some baking powder it wouldnt work?

My willpower has just taken a blow since I just recieved an email from pizza hut telling me its Two'sday! lol!

I still get these-type emails!! Glad it's not just me that's a little bit afraid of checking their hotmail. Gonna have to get someone to filter my emails before me or summat hahaha. X

went to my sons last night, and they had just had a delivery of 3 large pizzas and 2 munchy boxes (they had a house full of friends) had a couple of bits of mushroom pakora, but managed to resist the pizza, thank goodness!
