No more off days.

    As I weigh in on a Friday I famously always cheat on a Friday and put on about half a pound before losing it again by a Monday.

    I've decided though now not to cheat on a Friday anymore and instead try and stay good all the time. However if I promise it to just myself I'll never stick to it so instead I'm promising it to you guys.

    No more off days for me. I'm going to stick to my points religiously from now on. I've got three birthday celebrations/nights out next month and I've got my eye on some dresses and I want to look perfect in them.
