I am well and truly fed up!! I am just not losing weight. Nothing. Zilch! I'm dong everything right. Tracking my points. I've got the new scales and I'm weighing and tracking everything. I'm just a fat useless hephalump!! I think I may have no choice but to sole source it on a VLCD. Really don't want to. I want to do it the healthy way.

how many points are you on?

do you eat a lot of bread / potatoes?

do you have regular meal times or do you work shifts?

do you eat the same sorts of foods all the time?

are you eating all your points?

all of these could be something to do with your slow weight loss x

Hi mine was just 0.5lbs and I'm confused too as i've 5 stones left to go.
I'm doing fast start this week I'm cutting bread out and upping my water?
I'm too tempted to do 3 weeks cambrdige diet but I think that's why I'm not losing faster as it's bullsed me up?
Anyway hope we both work out what's going wrong and lose lots next week ((hugs)) xx

Try and not get too down about it chick - could easily be just a plateau. I had STS for 5 long weeks and finally broke it last week. Just by being strong and sticking with it. Have now lost 5lbs last week and this week. I know it's hard - I just thought it might help to hear someone else has had something similar and sticking with the plan really did work. Keep you chin up chuck :)

I think I may drop a point. I ahven't exercised really for 2 weeks due to a chesty cough and wheeziness. Can't do much this week either. I do mix up the food a bit, but not so good at sticking to the 3 square meals. I don't eat much carb, but am also thinking I need to cut it out completely to lose weight.

oh i can really empathise with you mumtheshopper, i lost 4lb in my first week, but 4 weeks later im 3lb heavier than when i started!!!???

im tracking and counting and being quite varied in my diet, i exercised more in the first fortnight i have to admit but i still gained in the second week!

ive decided to reduce from 26 to 23 points this week to see if it makes a difference. im disappointed as i really like ww, i will give it another month!

don't give up, maybe when you can do a little bit more exercise you will see a difference, stick with it and good luck!

Aw, ,chick. It sucks when you feel like nothing is working.

But you have lost weight. You;ve had some really good weeks. The first week you put on weight you say "on really good weekend" so maybe there was a reason for that gain? Albeit that it seems a little harsh to gain 4lbs in one weekend.

The reason I'm saying that is that I want you know that you can do this and that this diet works.

Don't go back to SS on Cambridge. It is so hardcore and I think it'll mess you up more.
