Noodles and Beansprouts from the Chinese - syn free?

    As far as i can see both of these are syn free but i am sure i saw somewhere that they did have a syn value, whether it was on here or in a book - i dont have the book to hand (am in work) and the online info is coming back with Free for both - can anyone clarify?? x

    If theyre not fried theyre free I believe, plain boiled noodles are deffo free but if its fried you have to syn the oil :(
