Noodles

Hi guys

Just wanted to check if I was on the right track. Are noodles free on a green day if you dont use the sachet?

Or do i need to get specific noodles for them to be free?...

It depends, some of the Batchelors low fat are syn free, but the others do have syns in, I'm not sure if it's because of the sachets or not. Either way they will only be low syns, which ones are you thinking of having?

Ah ok cool. Well im in New Zealand so we dont have batchelors here, doubt they do low fat ones either ill have to shop around.Thanks for the help though
