Arrgghhhh,
What am I like? I rejoined class last night after 7 weeks off plan and as I take payments or do weigh in I left my book and card i assume on the table.
I cannot for the life of me remember all the speed / super speed foods of which we've been challenged to try and eat 10 a day, which i really wanted to do !
Also 7 weeks off plan and i've gained 5lbs, which i suppose in the grand scheme of things for that amount of time isn't too bad
