anyone know the points? like just a crusty roll bought from spar, you know the ones that you can buy single that are delivered fresh from the bakers everyday?

lol i go into so much detail as i know everyone calls them different things!! in glasgow its a roll! ( or cob, barm, whatever!)

In my book I have Bread Roll, Brown, White or Wholemeal, soft or crusty.... 1 medium (50g) = 2 points

I point rolls at 2 pts. I usually pull out the middle though just to be on the safe side!! What a weirdo eh!!
