Hi all, I found this site quite a while go but never joined up.. I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing and hope that some one out there can help me. I am what some would asay a yo-yo dieter.. I take a notion in my head that i want to lose weight and previously it has been easy to lose it.. Not this time though.. I'm currently following the slimming world plan, well when i say that i mean i started it again yesterday... I find it so easy through the week but come the weekend, its all wine and takeaways!!!!
My cousin is gettin married in 6 weeks time and ideally I would like to have a stone off but I can't see that happenin, i would be happy with even Half a stone.
So here goes again.. i've lost count as to which attempt it is but I'll try!!!
