I don't need to lose a lot, maybe half a stone. I'm quite healthy just slowly put on the weight. I don't usually over do it on the calories and don't each much bread so not a lot of calories that I can cut down on. Do you think this phase will help. I believe it's about going all protein for a day. Didn't want to pay on the Web site until I had advice from you guys, the experts ?
