Not eaten much today

Determination is Key
I'm a bit out of action with a flu and sore throat, so I haven't eaten much today.
Well, I've eaten, but not much superfree. I suppose I've been just eating what was put in front of me, out of convenience and comfort.

I've eaten my healthy option B - 2 slices of wholmeal, with three slices of bacon (no fat) and two fried eggs, with tomato sauce.
I had boiled potatoes with mince in (packet mix) savoury sauce - 2.5 syns.
I also had a muller light yogurt and a banana.
And my healthy option A - whole milk (in tea to soothe my throat)

I know it's not much, but I'm not hungry today. And I know I've missed out on my superfree today, but do you think it will impact my loss this week?
