you really need to have all of them hun. They contain the nutrients your body needs. if you don't take them all, you're in danger of getting ill!! So do try and take them all. Even if you have to space them out and have less but in frequent times, then that'll be ok, but you must have them all. xxxx

Got to agree with Abbie. You must have all of your shakes, soup or flapjacks every day.

I have my shakes at set times during the day, give or take a little, but I'm never hungry or craving one at that time, I just know that I have to have 3 of them a day. You're not supposed to be hungry on LT. Think of them as fuel to get your body through the day. Please try and have all 3 though, your body really does need the nutrients. Also read somewhere before that if you don't your body is likely to go into starvation mode and that will slow your losses a lot. You really don't want that. Good luck and get drinking those shakes!

you MUST have all the shakes!! try to think of them as specail medicine that will make you slim!!!! your body really does need them hun, or your body will go into starvation mode. If the chemist or doctor knew you was not having them they would not allow you to do this diet.
You are very lucky to not feel hungry but please dont let yourself get ill. Good luck x

hey guys, sorry for being a pain. I am having my shakes. I dont know why I had abit of a moment yesterday; its rather strange though that I wasnt hungry nor was I craving food. I do wonder what they put in the shakes to alter taste and need for food..

hey foody, no need to apologise. We all get this way and thats what this site is for. Helping others as well as encouraging. You're having a bit of a moment because it's a complete change to your life and a bit of a shock to the system. But you will get used to it and once you do, you'll sail through, but you must must must must have all the shakes. I cant stress enough how important it is to have them all. Missing them out will not help at all. Try having the chocolate shake as a hot drink, rather than thinking of it as food. Then you may notice that you feel differently then. Put a sweetener in and it'll taste fab. But tablet sweetener, not powdered stuff.

haha whatever is in the shakes i am thankful for!!! I have had i think 2/3 cravings so far on my whole journey - almost 15 weeks now and so whatever is in them to me is MAGIC!!!! and i LOVE it! :D

lol..they make you rather full..its very strange and indeed magical, i mean, im the girl who would go to m&s for their choc cake every two weeks! And now, I have no issues talking about it because it doesnt affect me at all..

I've never been hungry or had any cravings!

It's not the shakes that make you full, it's the fact that you are in ketosis. You don't feel hunger, that's the beauty of it.

I know you know you need all your shakes so I won't repeat that you must have them ;) x

be careful love! i did that for about 1 week and constant exercise mind you i lost 10 that week but i couldnt even shop wit my sis cause everytime i leaned over or down to get somethin off the rail i kept blacking out!! i learned my lesson and now have a routine to take them at 10,2 and 6 everyday!! you'll get there dont worry!!

Glad to see you have seen sense and back on track with your 3 shakes a day. Well there IS always flapjacks................
