I am after some help. I joined Slimming World 4 years ago and lost 4 stone with not many problems. After quitting for a year I am back with a 2 stone gain, I have lost 1 stone of that so far but am getting stuck. Currently weighing 12s 5 so do have a lot of weight to shift.
Over the last two months I am struggling to even maintain. I woke up this morning and the scales say I have gained 1.5lbs in the last two days (I only lost half a pound last week after being 100% all week)
I am really suffering stomach cramps and bloating too.
This was yesterdays food diary and a typical kind of day for me
Breakfast: Mullerlight
snack: Pear and two Hifi bars (HEB)
Lunch: Half a micro rice (1/2 syn) stir fry made up of beansprouts, kale, broccoli and edamame beans in light soy sauce
Snack: Curly wurly (6.5 syns) Hifi bar (3 syns)
Dinner: 125g Extra lean mince beef, chopped tinned tomatos, onions, mushrooms and spices with other half of micro rice (1/2 syn) and kale.
I also went to the gym for an hour. Dont really get why I am not loosing, I eat plenty of speed, a lot of eggs and chicken usually not many carbs.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks x
